The hotel is located just steps away from the Public beach, which made it very convenient. Having coffee & tea making facilities and glassware in my superior queen room was a nice touch. - the private parking was nearby, which added to the exceptional service provided.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the heart of Venice by water taxi or a short stroll to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the hotel's garden restaurant is a great place to enjoy a Prosecco. the staff were helpful and friendly. the bedroom, located in the attic, was light and airy, and the bathroom with a jacuzzi bath was luxurious. a gem of a hotel.
